Kylie is a London born, Psychology graduate with a huge case of wanderlust. Kylie found herself on the other side of the world, in Sydney, focusing on people and their motivations - it's almost like she planned it!

Kylie started her recruitment career in 2008 and emigrated to Australia in 2011; it was all about IT from the beginning. Kylie genuinely has a passion & intrigue for the next big thing in technology & innovation. A huge advocate of organisations and initiatives that support 'Women in leadership, business & technology'. Kylie regularly attends meetups, conferences & invests heavily in this network.

Excited by travel, books, film, photography & wine(s). Inspired by passionate people that genuinely want to make a difference and positively contribute to the world. Driven to foster honest, loyal & transparent relationships and always keen to meet face to face with an old friend or a new connection.

James is originally from the Midlands, UK. He moved to Sydney 3 years ago and of course lived in Bondi. He started out as a Resourcer in the U.K in 2008 delivering into the financial services sector across a broad range of I.T requirements.

From the beginning, James found a natural affinity for QA & Testing. He was to later move on to become a consultant specialising in it where he both hosted & presented at Testing Meetups across the country. With nearly 10 years experience, James keeps up to date with the current trends with a focus on Development in Test and the innovative automation frameworks companies are implementing.

James also has a genuine interest in Development. When not recruiting, you will find him making responsive websites, and getting to grips PHP & Symfony3 for larger projects. A closet nerd, he is always keen for a beer and chat about the latest frameworks during Trivia Night at his local pub

Cooper, an English business magnate, investor and philanthropist. He founded the Paws Group, which controls more than 400 companies globally. Cooper expressed his desire to become an entrepreneur at a young age, completing his MBA aged just 3.

In March 2000, Cooper was knighted at Buckingham Palace for "services to entrepreneurship". For his work in chewing sofas, howling and canine transport (with interests in land, air, sea and space travel). His taste for adventure, and for his humanitarian work saw him become a prominent figure in the dog world. In 2002 he was named in the BBC's poll of the 100 Greatest Britons. In March 2017, Forbes listed Cooper's estimated net worth at $5 billion.

Cooper now works with FCR bringing a wealth of experience to the senior team. As CPO, Cooper is FCR's ambassador to Charity work. Involved with Vinnie's & Monika's Rescue, donating both his time & food
